This is an activity that the legislator wanted to reserve for certain regulated professions (including accountants, lawyers and professionals in financial services).
It imposes on these same professionals a certain number of obligations, including vigilance and the fight against money laundering mechanisms.
The domiciliation of the registered office with a domiciliary is mainly made for the companies known as “Soparfi” or “SPF”.
