The domiciliation is defined as the service activity which consists for a client in using the registered office of the domiciliation agent as the registered office of his or her companies.

This is an activity that the legislator wanted to reserve for certain regulated professions (including accountants, lawyers and professionals in financial services).

It imposes on these same professionals a certain number of obligations, including vigilance and the fight against money laundering mechanisms.

The domiciliation of the registered office with a domiciliary is mainly made for the companies known as “Soparfi” or “SPF”.
